Age Verification Policy

This app is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Access by minors is prohibited.

1. Our Commitment

GoFitDaddy is an adult platform. We are committed to preventing access by minors and comply with age verification requirements under applicable law, including the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Online Safety Act, and German Youth Protection Law (JuSchG).

2. Age Verification Methods

We use a layered approach to age verification:

2.1 At Registration

• All users must confirm they are 18 or older
• Date of birth is collected at sign-up and cannot be changed afterwards
• We enforce the 18+ requirement on our servers — accounts with a date of birth less than 18 years ago are rejected

2.2 Enhanced Verification

• Where required by law or warranted by risk signals, we may ask you to complete additional age assurance through a third-party provider using privacy-preserving facial age estimation — a selfie is assessed for apparent age only, with no identity document and no face recognition. This is built into the App and is pending activation by the provider; until it is live, the checks in 2.1 and 2.3 apply.
• Any such verification is performed by the provider; we do not store your identity documents
• Enhanced verification may be triggered by suspicious activity, reports, or random sampling

2.3 Ongoing Monitoring

• Accounts showing signs of being underage are suspended immediately
• Community reporting of suspected underage users is reviewed promptly
• AI-assisted content review may flag anomalies for human review

3. Data Handling

We do not ask for identity documents. If you complete facial age estimation, the selfie is sent to the provider, assessed, and discarded — we never store it. We keep only the outcome and an age band.

Where an identity document is ever required by law, it would be:

• Processed by our verification partner in accordance with GDPR and applicable law
• Not retained by us after verification is complete
• Used only for the purpose of verifying age

4. Consequences of Violation

• Accounts found to belong to minors are immediately and permanently deleted
• Any adult who knowingly allows a minor to access their account will be permanently banned
• We report suspected child exploitation to the relevant authorities

5. Parental Concerns

If you believe your child has registered on our platform, please contact us immediately at support@gofitdaddy.com. We will prioritise your report and take immediate action.
