Common requests

Report someone

Use Report on their profile or on a message. Every report is reviewed by a person. See the Content Moderation Policy.

Content removed

You can appeal any moderation decision — see the Appeals Policy.

Purchase problem

Tap Restore Purchases on the GoFitDaddy+ screen. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, who are the sellers.

Cancel a subscription

In your Apple or Google account settings. We cannot cancel it for you, and deleting the app does not cancel it.

Your data

Export or delete everything from Settings › Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for what that covers.

Safety concern

Write to support@gofitdaddy.com with “urgent” in the subject. Anything involving a minor is escalated immediately.

Data protection

For GDPR requests — access, correction, erasure, portability, objection — write to support@gofitdaddy.com, which reaches our Data Protection Officer directly. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; ours is Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.
