Content Moderation Policy

1. Overview
GoFitDaddy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and legal environment for all users. This Content Moderation Policy describes how we review, assess, and act upon content and behaviour that may violate our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
2. What We Moderate
We moderate all user-generated content, including:
- Profile photos, bios, and personal information
- Private and public messages
- Shared images and videos
- User reports and flagged content
The standard depends on where the content appears. GoFitDaddy is an adults-only service, and consensual adult nudity and sexual content are permitted in private albums and in one-to-one chat between adults. Public-facing profile photos, which anyone browsing the grid can see, must not contain nudity or sexual content. Illegal content — above all anything sexualising a minor — is prohibited everywhere, without exception, and is never a matter of context.
3. Moderation Methods
3.1 Automated Moderation
- AI classification of every profile photo, album photo, chat photo and video frame before it is shown to anyone
- Automated text analysis of messages for threats, incitement to violence and content involving minors
- Voice messages are transcribed automatically and the transcript is screened with the same rules as text
- PhotoDNA hash-matching against known CSAM — integrated and pending activation by Microsoft
- Spam and bot detection
Automated screening fails closed. If a check cannot be completed, the content stays hidden until it has been reviewed, rather than being published unchecked.
3.2 Human Review
- Trained moderators review flagged content
- Escalated content reviewed by senior moderators
- Legal content reviewed by qualified personnel
- All CSAM referrals reviewed by designated safeguarding staff
3.3 User Reporting
Users can report content or profiles directly within the App. Reports are reviewed within:
- CSAM / child safety
- Immediately (automated) + human review within 1 hour
- Violence / threats
- Within 24 hours
- Harassment / bullying
- Within 48 hours
- Other violations
- Within 72 hours
4. Moderation Actions
- Warning
- First-time or minor violations of Community Guidelines
- Content removal
- Content violating our policies, without account suspension
- Temporary suspension
- Repeated violations or moderate severity offences
- Permanent ban
- Severe violations (CSAM, violence, repeated harassment)
- Law enforcement referral
- CSAM, credible threats, suspected criminal activity
5. Transparency
We publish periodic transparency reports detailing the volume and types of moderation actions taken, in compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and applicable law.
