Child Safety & CSAM Policy

Zero tolerance: any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities worldwide.

1. Our Position

GoFitDaddy has an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises minors. This policy applies globally and without exception.

2. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited and will never be permitted on our platform:

• Any sexual content involving persons under the age of 18
• Any image, video, or text that sexualises minors
• Content depicting or facilitating the grooming, trafficking, or exploitation of minors
• Any content that could be used to identify, locate, or contact a minor for harmful purposes
• Any image of a minor in any context, even if non-sexual

3. Detection Methods

We use multiple layers of detection:

• AI-based image classification of every uploaded image and video
• PhotoDNA hash-matching against known CSAM — integrated and pending activation by Microsoft
• Human content moderation reviewers
• User reporting mechanisms
• Automated scanning of all uploaded images

4. Mandatory Reporting

Upon detection of suspected CSAM, we are legally required to and will immediately:

• Remove the content from the platform
• Suspend the account responsible
• Report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (USA)
• Report to the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) (Germany)
• Report to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) (UK/International)
• Report to national authorities in the relevant user’s jurisdiction
• Preserve evidence in accordance with law enforcement requirements

We are a member of the Technology Coalition and adhere to the Voluntary Principles to Counter Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.

5. No Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy. Artistic, educational, fictional, or other claimed justifications will not be considered. The depiction of a minor in any sexual context is illegal and will be reported.

6. Reporting

If you discover CSAM or suspected CSAM on our platform, report it immediately through the in-app report function or by emailing support@gofitdaddy.com. You can also report directly to:

7. Staff Training

All staff involved in content moderation receive mandatory training on identifying and handling CSAM, including trauma-informed practices and legal obligations.
